Simon

Based in Glasgow, Scotland and with several years as an experienced interior designer and creative practitioner, Simon lives and breathes visual art. Simon picked up the camera from a very young age, inspired by his father's love for capturing family celebrations on 35mm film and video. Through taking inspiration from his father's cameras as well as a passion for analogue formats, Simon has developed an unique use of both 35mm film and digital photography formats that set him apart from his fellow photographers. Using motion picture film stocks, he curates photographs capturing memories to pass down the generations.

Believing that his couples deserve their wedding albums looking as timeless as can be, Simon curates a collection of images worthy in any magazine spread. His romantic, anti-wedding editorial and cinematic style captures moments provoking feelings of nostalgia. Wherever that new a quiet teary moment between his couples or the loud celebrations with friends and family, he wants you to be able to look back on your memories and feel like they were both yesterday or 50 years ago.

Simon has been published in both Tie The Knot Scotland & DG Life Magazine. He has photographed weddings across Scotland & the rest of the UK.
